Orland Park is a 7,000 SF comprehensive restaurant and bar which included all related site work, caissons, building shell, MEP services, food service and refrigeration coordination, custom millwork and banquet seating.
Naperville is a 7,000 SF storefront build out in an existing retail building.
Work included raised concrete seating areas, custom floor coverings, installation of all banquet seating, millwork and cabinetry, custom lighting, indoor fireplace & all related finishes. Outdoor dining area included architectural trellis, canopies, lighting and built-in seating.
